    Job Opening: Python Developer 📣

    HOST WISE is a game-changing property management company in Portugal, driven by a passion for revolutionizing the vacation rental and real estate investment sectors.

    We connect property owners, real estate investors, tourists, and digital nomads from all corners of the world.

    Lightning-fast Growth StartUp, we've closed 2023 with promising numbers: Managing over 350 properties (apartments, houses, hostels, guest houses, and rural tourism spaces) With 10M€ of annual revenue, more than 40 talented people, and successfully spinning off Invest Wise and Work Wise.

    We forecast to keep growing over 50% maintaining our rapid growth trajectory and launching a new spin-off: Travel Wise.


    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    We're not looking for just any Python Developer. We're seeking a dynamic and proactive profile, who can analyze each team within Host Wise, to identify and implement improvement opportunities from the technological point of view, such as data storage and organization, process automation, software used, and AI implemented.

    At Host Wise, we prioritize impact, data-driven learning, collaboration, and having fun while doing it.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proficient in Python.

    • Familiarity with API architecture.

    • Experience with the following libraries: Requests, BeautifulSoup4, Selenium.

    • Experience with the following frameworks: Flask, and Django.

    • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Cloud API.

    • Familiarity with database systems like MySQL and Postgres.

    • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.

    PREFERRED SKILLS (Plus):

    • Experience with Shopify and its API.

    • Knowledge of Zendesk.

    • Familiarity with CRON Jobs.

    • Prior experience in Property Management.
