So far, we have beaten all growth records and we're looking for bright and motivated talented profiles to join our fast-growing team. In this vacancy opportunity we are looking for a Hostel Receptionist (for weekends).


ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Hostel Receptionist you are an important representative of the company. You make sure our our guests have a positive experience within their stay through an effective communication and problem solving approach.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
· Being the first point of contact with our guests;

. Carrying out day to day tasks including general administration and covering the reception area;

· Accurately updating records on the system;

. Administrative duties on the reception including answering phones and answering the door;

. Answering queries from service users and engaging with them.

. Be the guarantor and coordinator of cleaning, including the communication with external partners; 

· Apply best practices on a daily basis;

· Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction through its responses and actions.

Job requirements

PROFILE:

. Available for working only during the weekend (this is a part-time position);

. Available for working in Árvore (near Vila do Conde, and 20 minutes walk from Varziela metro station), because this is a presencial position;

. To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused;

. Previous experience in Receptionist and Guest Relations;

. Experience with handling guests queries and complaints;

. You have good communication skills in English, further language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
