    So far, we have beaten all growth records and we're looking for bright and motivated talented profiles to join our fast-growing team. In this vacancy opportunity we are looking for an Operations Assistant.


    ABOUT THE ROLE:
    As an Operations Assistant you are an important representative of the company. You will contact our operations departments (customer support, maintenance and cleaning), to help them in order to make sure our guests have a positive experience within their stay through an effective communication and problem solving approach.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    · Small repairs/maintenance in accommodation apartments (e.g.: changing light bulbs, tightening furniture, etc.);

    . Assembly and installation of furniture / decoration inventory;
    . Carry out periodic quality control and/or between bookings (ensure that cleaning has been done correctly; check the good condition of appliances, etc.);
    . Contact with potential owners, guests and suppliers, who can visit the office in person;
    . Sporadic check-ins and/or guest support during the stay.

    Job requirements

    PROFILE:

    . To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest and solution focused;
    . Available to work during weekends and to work from 15h until 00h;

    . Driving license (we have a car that you can drive);

    . Previous experience in Operations Assistance or related jobs;

    . You have good communication skills in English and Portuguese, further language skills in French or Spanish are a plus;

    . Available for a provision of services agreement.
