A lightning-fast growth startup, we closed 2024 with promising numbers: managing over 400 properties (apartments, houses, and hostels), €10M+ in annual revenue, 50 talented people, and successfully spinning off Invest Wise and Travel Wise.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy and detail-oriented Property Listings & Operations Assistant to support our fast-growing operations. This individual will work closely with various teams (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance) to support the day-to-day activities that keep our listings running smoothly across short, medium and long-term platforms.

You will play a key role in listing creation, platform integrations, financial reconciliations and administrative support. As some processes are repetitive and involve large volumes of data, it is essential that you are AI-friendly, enthusiastic about automation, and confident in working with tools and systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to documenting internal processes and identifying steps that can be automated or improved using AI tools;

  • Assist in the creation and publishing of new listings on Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms;

  • Support the team with listing setup for medium and long-term rental platforms;

  • Help integrate new sales and distribution platforms, supporting content upload, connection tests, and system updates;

  • Control, register and review reservations in our administrative software.

  • Assist the People & Talent department in creating and publishing job postings;

  • Collaborate with the finance team to collect and organize invoices from multiple systems and suppliers;

  • Provide support in bank reconciliation and basic accounting document preparation;

  • Maintain accurate internal records across platforms and help ensure operational excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools to optimize repetitive tasks;

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations or platform support role;

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills;

  • Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets and platform interfaces;

  • Basic knowledge of Airbnb and property listing processes is a plus;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
